As the Executive Director of Cloud City Mountain Sports, I’m passionate about creating great kids through great experiences in sport. CCMS is more than a youth sports organization—it’s a community built around helping young people grow through skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and the outdoors.

My work with CCMS is centered on creating opportunities for kids of all backgrounds to participate, develop confidence, learn how to work toward goals, and discover a lifelong connection to mountain sports. I love the behind-the-scenes work just as much as the time spent with our athletes—building programs, supporting coaches, developing partnerships, fundraising, creating sustainable opportunities, and bringing people together around a shared vision for our community.

I’ve called Leadville home for over a decade and am raising my three kids here. Living in a mountain community has shaped so much of who I am and what I care about. I believe strongly in the power of community, the value of getting kids outside, and the impact that a great coach or a positive experience in sport can have on a young person’s life.

I’m also a Realtor with Worth Clark Realty, where I get to help people navigate buying and selling homes in the community I love. But whether I’m working with a family, an athlete, a coach, or a community partner, my goal is the same: to build relationships, create opportunities, and contribute to making Leadville a great place to live, work, and raise a family.

When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me outside with my family and pups, camping, exploring, or simply enjoying life in the mountains.
