Applications for the 2026-2027 Winter Season are OPEN!

Please click “Apply Here” and fill out the application Google Form. You will need to do a separate form for each athlete.

Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot if a program reaches capacity. If we receive more applications than we can accommodate based on available coaching staff, we will create a waitlist. Coaching staff determines final team placement based on program needs, athlete experience, and appropriate group placement.
